Hello
I just bought VE PRO but I cannot enter the activation into Elicenser control center
WhenI open Elicenser it says that I have a USB Elicenser number 83xxxx - xxxx
I select "action/enter activation code" past the serial no of the Epic
Then It says VI-online-76, I click on continue
after I have a message saying that there is no eLicenser connected to my computer !
I did the same for the VE pro software, same result !
