    I keep getting an error message when trying to launch Vienna Ensemble Pro (64-bit). It says I don't have the license for it. I can launch the 32 bit version just fine. Any ideas?

    I take it you are on a mac? I had the same thing happen, I had to download the latest version of syncrosoft and install it. The 64 version came up fine then.

    I am indeed on a Mac. I installed the eLicenser Control Center and the 64 bit version just crashes every time I try to launch it. Did I install the correct version of the syncrosoft? Do I need to do something else after I install it?

    The 64-bit version of VE Pro will NOT run without the new eLicenser (6.x.x.x) An update of the eLicenser is just about to be released, that fixes some issues under snow leopard.

    Do I need to uninstall or something else after I install the eLicenser because it is still crashing?

    Are there prefs I need to delete possibly? I uninstalled VE Pro, reinstalled eLicenser, and repaired my permissions and it's still crashing when I try to launch in 64 bit. 32 bit launches fine.
