ONE MORE EMAIL with excuses for delays but still NO EMAIL WITH ACTIVATION CODE !!
i don't understand. I've paid 900 euros last saturday (after waiting 2 days for paying with my credit card directly with the back-office) and i receive nothing.
The team is kind, the products are wonderful but it's really NOT serious !!! the organization of the company is awful.
i'm really disappointed about VSL'organization !

this is not an excuse, but a short explanation:
There´s a lot going on with Vienna Ensemble PRO, we have been working day and night over the last weeks, and still are (as you can see).
It was a weekend order, sometimes the credit card checks take longer than expected.
Please rest assured that we´re doing our best to get you your product as fast as possible. And I´m sure you will revise your reclamation very soon, because our service and organization is top-class and we are proud of it. Ask around.
I´m pretty sure that you will have everything by tomorrow, but that would have worked in any case, without your mails to all available email addresses and posting in the forum.
