I may be missing something obvious here, but VE Pro does not see installed VST instruments.
I tried adding them to the directory manager too. All I get is : "Add Audio Unit" available in the Channel menu, but no apparent way to call up a VST instrument.

Ok, answering my own query.

I need to instantiate a 32bit server. Duh. Seems obvious once you realise it can run alongside a 64 bit instance.
This software is brilliantly written! WELL worth the wait.
