I can get VE PRO to open in standalone but I can't get it to pass DP6's AU examination. I'm on 10.6.1 and I've tried both LLC and elicenser, both are a no go. Anyone able to get the combination of 10.6/DP6/VE PRO to work?

VE PRO AU Fails Examination
-
DP6 and 10.6 has been a tough pair, as we have seen from several people around. We have tried two installs of DP6 on SL at the company, but cannot get DP6 to run at all on any of them.
Some other possible solutions to you issue:
1. VE Pro requires latest eLicenser version to function properly in 64-bit mode.
2. Some AU hosts cannot handle more than 32 channels of audio. If you have changed the number of audio channels ABOVE 32 in the VE Pro server preferences, set them back to 32.
If you get a crash report, please send it to along with system specs and a brief description, and we'll have a look at this asap.
Thanks,

I rolled back to Leopard and everything was working fine with vienna instruments but as soon as I loaded a Kontakt 3.5 instance the VE PRO plug wouldn't instantiate and now I can't get it to pass examination. I tried ditching the audio unit cache file, repairing permissions, uninstalling and reinstalling VE PRO and it still won't pass. the license still shows up in eLicenser Control Center and vienna instruments passes examination.
btw, Macpro 2.8, 10.5.8, eLC 6.0.1.8, DP6.02
