    Hi

    i've got the update DVD with giga and EXS folders, my Mach5 UVI convertor (which converted my giga VSL string lib fine) can see the Giga folder but can't see or access anything inside it.

    Kontakt can't access either lib.

    Is this a general issue or a faulty DVD?

    The gig files are in rar executable format, you will need to unpack them to your hd first.

    welcome rene,
    possibly i've responded to you already via email, but in case not - please extract the files using stuffit expander 6.0.1 (for the exs files) or 8.0.2 (for the gig-files)
