Will VE PRO be 64-bit inside Finale/Sib?

I know this ha been discussed regarding certain DAW's such as Logic etc, but I wonder about the 64-bit issue and Finale/Sibelius on MACs.

Will Vienna Ensemble PRO be 64-bit inside Finale/Sibelius, ie when you are using VE as a VST/AU plugin? And will we be able to exceed the 2,8 GB limit if we use VE PRO instead of VE 2 or 3? (Currently, both Finale and Sibelius(?) are 32-bit apps as far as I know, but I find it unlikely they will release 64-bit versions of any of these programs in the near future.)

Will OS X 10. 5 Leopard do or will it require Snow Leopard?

 You should be able to load the 64bit version, even in a 32bit notation program or sequencer.

It requires either Leopard or Snow leopard.
