I'm using Sibelius 6 with Vienna Ensemble. In Vienna Ensemble, inserting a plug-in gives a blue-headered window. In the blue header, there is a box on the left marked "Presets." Clicking on this gives three options, "Factory Presets," "User Presets," and "Save Preset."
Under "Factory Presets," why are there no factory presets? For example, I use Ozone 4, which has many factory presets. None of them show up when I use the "Factory Presets" option in the Vienna window. Is there a way to get them to show up?
