    I tried to purchase online (which has never worked for me in the United States) and got bounced back again.  I sent an email to support and sales.  Hoping someone can process this for me so that I have these for this weekend because I only get to work on this stuff during the weekends.

    Christian,

    I am trying to purchase Solo Strings 1 Extended library.  I only have 3 more loads of the demo and the articulations I need are in the extended.

    I called my bank and they have no block on my purchasing from VSL.  They said it's happening before my bank because my bank doesn't see any "rejection notices" even coming in.  They aren't even receiving the request.  Hopefully we can figure this.

    you actually never requested a demo mode #2 license for the solo strings - so i have just sent you one.

    edit: comcast is again blocking at least some of our mailservers - please look into your private messages
