    I just purchased it the SE strings. Do they have Forte samples in legato/portomento? They don't seem as powerful when I have all my midi/audio levels at max as the First Edition Vienna samples did with the VI_perf-leg_f patch. Those were much more resonant and powerful.. I could really use that.

    you are listening to the same samples, although they have probably beend optimized (in terms of sample editing) over the years.
