    I downloaded all the instruments to an external drive and when I try to use the directory manager i cannot load the instruments. They appear in grey and as "SpecialEdition001.dat" for instance. Am I missing a stage here. Everything is as it should be. I have downloaded the latest LLC and the latest instrument software, registered my product onto my dongle... any thought?

     Hi Travis

    You don't add the individual .dat files to the Directory Manager.  It's the instrument folders that you should add. Not sure about the download SE but the folders should be named something like Special Edition Woodwinds with a number next to it. HTH
