I am trying to purchase instruments and the website keeps giving error messages when I use my C.C. to pay.

as far as i can observe your cc never worked at the vsl website - please contact sales {at} vsl {dot} co {dot} at
please keep in mind some credit cards are not enabled for online purchases or the issuing bank denies them without your explicit allowance

Thanks Christian, (FYI, my name is Christopher but when I was a child I was a concert pianist at age 10 and my piano teacher always called me "Christian" lol). So speaking your name gives me great flashbacks of what was. He has since long passed but not forgotten [:D].
Yea it didn't work in the past either so I am assuming my Bank does not like doing international online purchases. I do online purchases with it all the time however it definitely does not like doing it from the VSL site. VSL is the only international purchases I make as of now.
Not to big an issue though. I sent Sales an email with protected documents yesterday morning but I have not heard back on it yet. Stefan did respond to my initial e-mail stating I had problems purchasing and he sent me a 30 day demo license. Now I just need someone to process my true purchase today so I can take advantage of the spring deal. Can you please help make sure they process this today?
Thanks!

My Bank Just called me 30 seconds ago asking me if I approve of you guys debiting my card for the SE Extended library. I confirmed to them the purchase and they sent it through. So whatever method you used this time to get my card to go through worked.
They said in the future all I have to do is call in a few moments before I do the transaction and we won't have any issues.
Thanks again and I will await my codes!!

thats not exactly what i understand to be *internet business* - waiting for opening hours of a company, getting a human person on the phone to allow an online purchase ... the next step would be to ask for a registered letter before :-P ...
credit card companies and banks are inventing new security rules on an almost daily basis, what on the other hand would indicate they consider their processes to be not as secure as they like to tell us, but at least the verified by visa and master card secure code system should be bullet proof (as long as you don't tell someone the secret of course)
anyway ... thanks for taking the trouble and your order ...
