  • 64-bit reverb

Hello. I've read countless threads on reverb with VI/VE, but have yet to find what I'm looking for. I'm only interested in 64-bit reverb for use in the 64-bit Vienna Ensemble, so while I appreciate information of all kinds, please do not recommend anything involving 32-bit solutions to me; you can rest assured I already know about them =D Does anyone at this point know of *any* 64-bit reverb or (preferably) convolution VST plugins? The only one I know of is SIR 2, but it's a "beta." If no one knows of any others, does anyone have experience with this SIR 2 beta (i.e. stability, quality, etc)? Any help on this front would be greatly appreciated.

  • If you are able to wait a few weeks longer, the VSL may have some good new for you soon (hint, hint) ;-) ...) Kind regards,

  • haha..I'll wait, then ;D (I think; MIR is sadly not going to happen for me since it requires a second machine, so hopefully this is a Vienna Suite-related hint)

  • I'm hoping so too!

I also hope that they'll announce it as a free upgrade to existing VS users - or at least that there'll be no price increase in VS - with the Euro/Pound exchange rate the way it as the moment I'm still toying with purchasing VS now or waiting for the rates to go back up to at least the 1.20 mark

  •  If I remember correctly. someone at VSL said that there will be more Plug-in(s) in Vienna Suite package with no additional charge ... but once the new plugins release, price for the package will increase!

So if you are not buy it yet, do it now before it too late :)

  • I was told by a VSL rep that they would notify us BEFORE any price increase on Vienna Suite. I'm saving up for it an am almost there! :)
