    Hello,

    I'm running VE3 on a slave and use logic pro 8 as my DAW. Before VE3 I created many EQ presets for VSL instruments using logics great surgical, low CPU channel EQ. However, it appears that I cannot use Logic plugins outside of logic, and therefore cannot use them in VE3. Is this true? I'm assuming it is, but just wanted to check.

    Luckily the routing in VE3 is GREAT and I can just apply the EQ's from my master system on separate auxes, but I was hoping to apply them directly in VE on my slave so I wouldn't need so many aux tracks (e.g. a single "violin" aux instead of separate solo, chamber, orchestral & Appassionata auxes). Looks like vienna suite is in my future. :)

    You cannot use Logic 'plugins' outside of logic ... they are not plugins at all I guess. It is a shame that Apple has not updated the node to allow for something like that ... that would be really great. hope that helps best
