    Hi,

    I just registered SE, SE Ext, SE +, and SE Ext.  It took me a while to figure out how to download the free Fanfare Trumpets, but that went well.  However, during the "purchase" process, it listed the activation code as "missing".

    Now when I run the installed Fanfare Trumpets, it appears to be eating up the free trials from the key (which does make sense, since I have no way to register the license).

    I appreciate any help you can offer,

     at last our apologies for the inconvenience and delay - the overwhelming requests for the holiday offer caused in a few cases the code to be missing and due to heavy workload we have not been able to catch up with open issues earlier.
