  • password reset issues

    I've forgotten my password for login to my primary account. I created this secondary account so that I can post on this forum. I've also emailed Vienna regarding the issue, but have not received a reply. I'm attempting authorize new libraries I've purchased via my primary account which has my registered vienna key, but I am unable to do because of the aforementioned problem. When trying to reset my password via the 'forgot password' option, I get an error screen whose first line reads "ooops something went wrong" and goes on to say there was an "unhandled error" and to contact my site administrator if I know who that is. I'm curious if this has been an ongoing issue with this webpage. If so, it must be unfortunate for those in a similar situation as me. Any advice? Or just wait it out until I get an email? Frustrating.

    Could you please tell me your username (for the account that you want to retrieve the password)? I guess the server locked you out, because of too many failed login tries. I can fix that, but for that I need to know the username.

    Hi Rainer ,

    i got my account was locked and try to reset password and its shows that its locked ,

    this is my main account and it working

    but the scond account locked with name ( q8new@msn.com)

    so please help to fix that
