sergio, the error message means something with your credit card information has not been accepted by the payment server.
however the mentioned order 47103 went through (cc info accepted) and you received the 3 licenses for the Vienna Suite (besides the Jazz Drums Bonus Library license)
Vienna Suite and Vienna Ensemble 3 both come with 3 licenses which you can download to 3 different ViennaKeys so you can use those products on 3 different computers.
