    Hello,

    I seem to be having trouble loading any instruments from the Extended Library, and am 90% sure that it is because I wasn't sent the Authorisation Codes for Licence Download. Could this be the only problem or has anyone else found this to be a tricky area?

    Any help much appreciated!

     Dear Robert_4553,

    obviously you did not purchase the Extended version of Special Edition and Special Edition plus (extended libraries have not been registered yet). In case you would like to receive a time limited demo license for testing, please send an e-mail to: support@vsl.co.at
