     Hi

    I have a G4 Mac running OsX 10.4.11

    I have purchased Flute 1 as a single instrument and the Vienna Key.  I downloaded VI and VE, but cannot get anything to work.  I get the sysoacc.bundle message.  This happens when loading both Sibelius 5 and Cubase.

    All advice welcome

    pleas elaborate what the *synsoacc.bundle message* is .... do you have the newest LCC?

    remember to reboot before installing/updating and run verify/repair permissions on your system volume (from disk utility) after doing so

     

    assuming the installation went through and you have set your custom data folder to a location with read & write permission ...

     

    open a stand-alone VI - does the license appear (left wing) and the patches (right wing) and can you load a patch or matrix?

     

    if yes, you're basically fine and just need to insert a VI instance into cubase or sibelius ... similar with VE, but more to configure
