  • Regular vs. PLUS Editions

Just found the math strange on this. For both the Brass and the Special Edition products, the "regular" library costs less *and* contains significantly more sample content that the "PLUS" version.

This doesn't make sense to me, and so I was wondering if anyone knows the rationale for this, or if I am simply hallucinating? Is it that only real afficionados will buy the "PLUS" library, and so they'll be willing to pay more for less, just to "have it all"?

  • "PLUS" offers much more patches=articulations.

  • Ah, I see. I also wasn't thinking of the fact that the "regular" editions contain the sustain samples, so they might take up more space simply for that reason.
