I just got the Vienna SE and SE Plus sets, and so far they're awesome. The other good-quality sample library I have is EastWest Gold Pro, which was recorded with hall reverb. I've been messing around with combining the two, but I'm wondering if people have suggestions for a good way to match the two. I'm using Logic and the built-in Space Designer (no extra cash for Altiverb at the moment). There are lots of good options in Space Designer, but I haven't found the right settings yet. Anyone else working this way and have any tips to speed up my process?
Thanks a bunch.

Hello Ralf and jtolbert
That's a question for Hetoreyn, the man who produces the nice http://www.elvenmusic.com/.
His Website: www.beat-kaufmann.com
Perhaps he will see this thread. If not - visit his homepage and ask him by
using the contact formular.
Perhaps he will give you some presets because he is Logic-, Cubase, Altiverb, - ..., user...
Further he is an "old hand" and well versed in using reverbs and such things.
All the best
Beat

Hey guys, I found this thread on the Apple discussions: . Buried in there, someone suggests using the 1.6s Grand Hall from Logic 7 (it shows up as a legacy space at the end of my Space Designer samples, but I can't remember if I needed to do something special to install those). I've tried the Grand Hall out and it works really well so far. I understand EWSO was recorded in Benaroya Hall in Seattle, so if you happen to have an impulse of that hall it would work as well (Garritan is apparently working on a reverb collection that will include Benaroya, but it's not out yet). Cheers, -Jeff
