    I o rdered the Vienna Special Edition and it says I need a key to install. Mydid not come with a key. Shoult it have?

    You should have ordered the Vienna Key also, without that you are not gonna be able to use the Special Edition.

    However, if you have a Syncrosoft key hanging around, then this will do nicely. You just won't get your demo starts for the Extended. If you need them, then email support.
