    All of my VSE presets,patches and matrices are missing since I migrated from my G5 to a new Mac Pro. The syncrosoft licence centre recognises my VSE instruments and I have tried rebooting, removing and then re-adding folders in my VI directory manager. Still no instruments appear. I've watched the directory manager tutorial and read the manual but can't find the solution. Could somebody please point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance J

    I sorted it out. I had to download the mac intel versions of the Vienna Instruments Software Installer OS X Intel 1.14 and run the VI library installer to get the SE Strings plus patches and matrices to appear. Stupid me for presuming that everything would work straight away after migrating files from old PPC mac. Must install intel versions of software.
