    On the website section of VI SE's instruments list is written (for example for the strings) "legato performances" and "portamento performances". I thought it's only one sort of "patch" but as it's written in plural, does that mean that it contains more different kind of "legato/portamento performances" patches? Or how are they built? I didn't find any information concerning this so I just wanted to ask shortly.

    Can't wait to purchase VI SE!!! Just have some questions now and then... [:)]

    Hi Andie,

    the Special Edition gives you 1 legato and 1 portamento performance patch... which makes it a plural, but still we will correct this typo [:)]

    I'd guess that's a relict of having p and f layers of the legato and portamento seperated in the older sample libraries ;)
