    Hi

    I am new to VI and this community but have a question regarding licensing.

    I have Logic 8 and Sibelius 5.1 installed on botyh my studio G5 and my macbookpro. The macbookpro is used when I am on the move and is where a lot of my composing is done. The studio is used for finishing of ideas and finalising mixes etc. I have installed VI SE on my G5 and I have been really impressed with the ease of use and fantastic quality of sounds.

    What I need to know is whether I have to purchase another copy of VI SE for my macbookpro or is there a way of using it with just another key. The two machines are not used at the same time.

    As I am lready a VI convert and will look to expand with other modules soon the same question will apply to them.

    I am gong away shortky for a week and wanted to use the macbookpro then so any help would be greatly appreciated.

     Hi and welcome Andrew [:)],

    all you need to do is to have the content available on your MacBookPro (preferrably on an external harddrive, eSATA would be best), the software installed (Syncrosoft LCC and VI) and you need to take your key with you.
