  • modulation wheel and the Soprano Choir

Is it possible to assign the modulation wheel of my keyboard to control the velocity or the volume in the V ensemble plug-in?

This is a feature that isn't in the Soprano choir . but came as a standard default for the legato instruments in the Performance set, pro edition.

  • Hello Tone,

this is unfortunately still a bug in the VE: "Ctrl Click" doesn´t work with a single click mouse in VE to assign controllers to sliders. You can assign a slider manually in the "Map Control" page as a workaround for now - or save an empty Preset in VI and open it within the VE.

Another option is to get a two click mouse.

This should be fixed with the next update.

    Best,

    Paul

    HI Tone,

I just realized that this was more information than you needed.

The Velocity Xfade slider on the "Perform" Page is what you are looking for.

Also, make sure that you have watched our Video Tutorials.

  •  Hi Paul,

Yes, clicking the Velocity Xfade slider while holding down the alt key brings up  the map control. Works a treat.

    Thanks!

  • Ups,

that´s not what I meant.... [:)], but that´s also a way to go.

I meant that you can assign any MIDI controler to these slider by rightclicking it....

    Whatever makes you happy!

    Best,

    Paul
