    Hi there!!

    I have just purchased VI Especial Edition. It`s licenced and registered correctly! It`s installed as a plug-in in logic 5.5 (windows xp). The installation  foder is the usual for all my plugins (emagic/logic/vst plugins). The problem: logic load the VI files only once, but the next time I run logic doesn`t do it again, so  I have to try and try changing the destination folder of the data and custom folders, then I lunch the directory manager and the plug-in installer again and then launch logic. After several attemps finally logic load correctly Viena (I still don`t know why!!)  as a vst and all works properly, but only once!!! so I have to repeat this process every time y run logic!!!  Is there any one who can help me please!!!

    uhhh - i'd assume no one here opened logic 5.5 since years ... a first assumption would be a VST version incompatibilty ....

    not sure if i even find the XSkey for 5.5 and the install CD here ....

     

    directory manager, custom data folder is independant from the VST-plugin folder - the first just tellt the VI where the sample data files reside, the second is where your custom presets are saved (.fxp) and the thirs tells where the vi.dll is installed to
