I'm just wonderig how the default matrix files / presets work for this - is there any chance of a demo video with a screen shot of the UB VI during a performace? - something a like the VI tutorial videos.
I am fairly new to VI and am finding it hard to get a feel for exactly how playable and expressive (in a real time sense) this will be just from looking at the patches.

Today I passed the afternoon with a close old friend. He is graduated in classical contrabass and he plays as well many other genres of music.
I have the 3 new downloadable instruments, concert guitar, choir and uprightbass just from yesterday night. He listened to the up-right bass and told me: I should have played keyboards instead of basses, that's too impressive!
personally (I also have Standard edition and Solo strings) I think it's one of the easier to play and close to the actual thing.
The only one that I can't play well is the legato choir "AA".
