    hello,I want to import a midi file with vienna ensemble.

    there are two file in the midi file i want to import.one is ended with....fxp,the other is ....midi.

    i was just wondering how to import the midi file with the ensemble?

    majing, basically a midi file is intended to be loaded/imported into a sequencer or any other midi-playing application, whereas the fxp file is intended to be loaded into a ViennaInstruments player (or a channel of Vienna Ensemble).

    VI and VE don't have capabilities to play midi as such, they can only be inserted (plugin) or connected to (stand-alone) to a *midi player*
