guys im in trouble my vienna key has be lost and its inposible to be retrieved
what can i do? is it possible to have a software license installed for my vienna instruments instead of using vienna key ?
if its not, then would i have to get a new vienna key?

tim, there is nothing like a software kicensing ... you need to get a ViennaKey or any other syncrosoft eLicenser (eg. steinberg key).
ask for a demo license as soon as you have a replacement if you can't get a ViennaKey.

I don't mean to lecture you, but you must be extremely careful about dongles. If you run Steinberg software you would have to "buy" the software again, because there is no chance of them replacing any licences. The best way is to insure them . there are dedicated policies for musical instruments, and sometimes these can cover studio equipment, including software. it is normally a percentage of value that is charged each year. Make sure you have it, or once lost forever lost, in the case of some dongles,
