    Hi there, I've been using my vienna strings for a while in Logic and running flawlessly. All of a sudden last week it said that it didnt detect my Vienna key and it's been in the same usb slot the whole time. Now when I try to run standalone or playback a song in logic that has Vienna parts, nothing plays back, no sound and in the standalone, the matrix is empty. I get an error message that says "Audio device not working properly or not working at given parameters" I checked preferences and it shows built in audio, 44100 and under that it shows my midi keyboard so what could be wrong. Any help please Danel

    Hi Danel,

    did you check your Directory Manager? Is the right location of the content assigned?

    To make sure, erase all folders and assign them again by drag and drop.

    I've been having similar trouble-I find removing the key and putting it in a different slot tends to sort it.Open the licence control centre first to to check if it sees the key. Pain in the butt! Ray
