    Hi: Regarding the following statement in the VE manual: "The Vienna Ensemble Directory Manager’s VSL Custom Data folder (where your Matrices and Presets are saved) by default is located in you computer’s “shared” folder. You can either copy your existent Vienna Instruments presets to this new location, or set the new Directory Manager’s custom data location to the folder you have in use with your Vienna Instruments. However, we recommend the first option since future Vienna Instruments updates also will use this structure." I am not sure exactly what action to take to "copy your existent Vienna Instruments presents to this new location" Sorry if I am missing something obvious. Thanks, Michael

    Hi Michael,

    if you have created your own matrices and presets already, they should be saved in your "old" Custom Data Folder.

    Now, to have it available in your "new" Custom Data Folder, you can simply copy these marices and presets to the new Custom Data Folder.

    I don´t know how to put that in clearer words.... hope it helps.
