This afternoon my local machine, running Nuendo 3 has developed a problem in that VI crashes it. I have no problems with the update on my slave PCs, just the local one. This problem was preceded by a very strange scanning of the licences when I started N3 up this afternoon. A roll back to 1.11 didn't fix it, but a System Restore did.
Now, I don't know what the culprit was, possibly a combination of software update with End of Summer time VST folder scanning, but just a heads up for others who might experience this. I am not going to install 1.12 or VE on this machine for a while. [:(]
