    I think my post might have gotten lost in the other VE thread and I haven't heard back from the e-mail I sent, but I know you guys are around because I see lots of new posts here!!!  [:D]

    When I log in to the user area, I don't see any of my products listed and I can't figure out where to download VE.

    Any help there?

    Try: User Area> Vienna Instruments> Software Updates... On my computer, I choose User Area and Vienna Instruments from the links across the top. The Vienna Instruments link takes me further than I want to go by adding the sub directory "Sample Libraries". I have to click on Vienna Instruments again to avoid the Sample Library page. This takes me to a page that shows links for Software Updates. I've had the page appear blank quite a few times, so it can be confusing. FYI-- if you're looking for the Mac version, it's been detained until further notice.

    Today I just get a "Page Error" - yesterday I think I got a message saying there was no software for me to download.  The website seems to think I have no registered products - my guess is that's why I can't find the VE download.

    Am I supposed to go back and re-register all of my products under the new web site?

    Oh yeah - I'm trying to get the PC version.

    If your firewall is set to something like "information hiding" you won't be able to access the downloads page. At least that is true for me (using Intego's Net Barrier on a Mac dual 2.5GHz G5).

    Firewall changes don't seem to have an effect - I also tried the cookie deletion trick with no luck.  I think if I can get my registered products to show up then I can make some progress.

    Hopefully VSL will step in here sometime and respond to these posts or my e-mail...

    All I need is a link!
