    Hi there, Just an example: I loaded Vl-20 staccato with AB:tight/loose into the cell 1A, and I assigned midi velocity to switch between A/B.Sounds great! Now I want to load Vl-20 grace runs with AB:up/down into the cell 2A, but I want to assign a different controller to switch beween AB, let's say the Modwheel... Is this possible and if yes, how can I change this? Thanks for your experienced help in advance!

    You can use a different controller for A/B switch, if you use a different matrix.

    Each matrix can be set up individually for horitontal, vertical cell switches and A/B switches.

    So in one VI you could theoretically use 12 different A/B controllers.

    HI Herb, in the meanwhile I found this solution with the matrixes!But thanks a lot anyway! Another (dumb question): As I heard the vienna ensemble contains all VI instances in one window,right?So may I be able to "transform"my recent VSL projects to the new ensemble interface?I mean, when I open my projects in Logic 8 and I want to use the vienna ensemble instead each VI instance/track,will it show up correctly in the new interface?Maybe too early to ask these kind of questions,but I was just wondering how this thread will be handeled when the VE will be released! Happy bowings;-) Christof

    If you save each Vienne Instrument instance you've used in your project as a Preset File, you can load all these Preset Files into Vienna Ensemble.
