    Hello,

    I wanted to download the new player v.1.12 of the Vienna Instrument that was announced in the VSL newsletter today. So I went to the user area, but there I got the message: sorry no new files for your registered products.

    How can I download the new player?

    1.12 is vavailable for every registered VI user. 

    Maybe a login problem (wrong password etc.)?
