    I'm in the very early testing phase, but Fx-Teleport appears to be quite amazing. Now all I need is about 10 computers with 3GB on each and I'll be good to go. [:D]

    A few questions for those who are using this wonderful utility:

    1) What latency setting do you use?

    2) How are you splitting up the VSL library to get balanced usage across computers?

    3) How many computers are ideal?

    Hi Mr. Bacal. I'll answer one of those questions. I have the Latency set at 512 because my master system is at 256 and it's always good to double the latency on the slave machines when using FX Teleport.

    Jay, since no one responded, I'll try to answer the remaining questions. As far as 2 and 3 are concerned, I think those are subjective to what kind of way you want to work but I will answer anyway.

    It's best to have the strings seperated on two machines since those will take the most ram, put the brass on another machine, woodwinds on another, and percussion if you want on another machine.

    I only have one machine in addition to my master machine at the moment but
    realistically, I think that 3-4 machines is plenty to get excellent results with the Vienna Instruments.

    Btw, what latency have you been able to achieve on your FX-Teleport machines without clicks? What is inside your master machine? Does your cpu raise dramatically by each FX-Teleport machine running into your master machine?
