    Hi

    although I own & registered Horizon
    Solo Strings, Chamber Strings

    it doesn't show up in the discount calculator when I log in.

    any explanation?

    The hint about registered products is only there in case you don't know exactly which you registered already (this is necessary for VSL in order to be able to give you the discount on purchase). You have to select the products you already own yourself in both VI and sample library calculator in the tab "registered products" yourself. Then mark the products you want to purchase in the right tab ("BUY" or "purchase").

    The way it is set up you can also check the options "what if I own this or that"...

    thanks for the reply.

    Still it's disturbing, that although I'm registered (and I can see it registered/can download updates in the user area) there is no product ticked.

    What if I want to place an order?
