    It's only possible to get information about the VIP program by clicking the question mark next to "What is the VIP price" below a library's information table, clicking the text link leads to a wrong page and doesn't open the correct popup - e.g. here in the shop:

    I just encountered a similar problem on this page:

    Only the question mark next to "FAQ on Shop & pricing" under the price table leads to the FAW, when clicking the text link it opens the shop page inside the frame again.
