HIRING IMMEDIATELY (Aug19th-24th period)
This is film composer, Evan Evans. I have just been assigned to write a film score for a Horror film that is trying to make a Halloween release in mid-October (2005).
I need composers with top of the line rigs who can read orchestrated score and realize it on their sequencers using VSL Pro Edition and any additional Horizon series samples they have.
It seems almost a give-in that a Dual G5 with more than 2GB of RAM and AltiVerb 4 or 5 is required.
The process would be:
you would receive a cue as a PDF file, or a Sibelius 4 file,
mock/realize it by sequencing the parts in live (to give it some life),
immediately send it over for ROUGH/RAW review,
make any changes deemed necessary,
mix a rough mix,
send it over for final mixing issues,
make a final mix and deliver
Pay comes out of a collective pool of $5000. You will be paid for what proportion of the film score you work on. So if you deliver 15 minutes of score, and the score is 70 minutes long, you will be paid $1,071 for your help. Those doing exceptional work coupled with a excellent work ethic, will be eligible for a bonus.
Anyone who would like to find out more, or wishes to discuss if their skills and/or setup will be adequate to be hired, please reply to the following email address:

Hiring begins immediately (August 19th, 2005).
Project schedule is from Aug 19th - Sep 15th.
Thank you for your help, I look forward to hearing from you,
Evan Evans
