Hi there,
we're about to buy the VSL library.
We have a movie due on February. Our team will consist of a composer, an orchestrator and a Midi editor (myself).
Since I'll be mainly working with a PB Titanium, I'm wondering if I could load the best of the samples of the VSL in order to make the edits on my Titanium only without having to syncronize another computer?
Then I'd go back to the full edition to make my bounces.
Basically, I'd work on the strings section then the woodwinds section for each cue. Once it is done, I'd go to the main workstation to bounce all my files in audio.
Is it doable?
Could you give me your advices and the problems you encountered while writing a score.
Since we don't have that much time to write the music, I'm trying to get ready with all the problems we might have with that library.
Feel free to give your comments on the playability of the VSL and also to tell me how you work using it.
Thanks!
Vincent
