  • About One vsl on 2 Pc (very important)

We are 2 french composers, we are working on movies score.
We want to use one vsl complete pack orchestral pro ed. on two Pc.
Is it possible to work normally like these whithout problems with the licence.
We cannot buy two complete pack because we work all the time together on the same movies and it will be useless to have 2 vsl.
Please can you help us with informations or solutions.

    Thanx

As far as I understand the license policy it's ok if only one of you buy the VSL package you want - as long as he is always involved in all projects your studio does. See a more "official" version from cm in this thread.

  • Basically the license is bound to a single user who is allowed to install the library on one or more computers. This user can also work together with other users on the same project, given that his creative input is significant to the project. On the other hand, the licensee is not allowed to lend or rent out his library to projects he es not related to. This means that if the licensee has installed the library on more computers and others are working on projects he doesn't work on himself this is a breach of the license agreement.

Please also note: VSL licenses are always bound to a user, not to a company.

Our complete license agreement can be found here: http://vsl.co.at/english/pages/products_%26_shop/basket/terms_of_license.htm
