    I cant believe you guys are charging for the tutorial DVD??!! Cmon guys where is the customer loyalty? This is something that should have been released and included with the launch of VSL.Or at least sent out to all registered users free of charge! Everyone knows the manuals are as much use as an icecream salesman in the north pole(they make great door stops though!)
    Im sorry to moan but im really dissapointed especially as we have stuck by you for months on end waiting for essential performance tool updates(exs)

    Paw, I think you have to look at it as extra educational material, just like a Cool School Interactus DVD for Pro Tools, the Apple book on Logic, etc. The only difference is that VSL produced it - but then who better?

    Also, you did know that the EXS update has been out for quite a while, right?

    Like pretty much every piece of software out there, you can work it out with a little patience and a few timely trips to the manual... Anything extra comes at a price.

    That's how I see it, anyway. Personally, I don't feel the need for it, and it's only 24 euros... that's not a great deal of money. I mean, it's not as though you'll be completely shipwrecked without the video -- the product isn't unusable without it! It's not like Csound or something, where you can't do a bloody thing with it until you've braved the precipitous learning curve.

    You work for VSL right? Why do you talk like that to your customers? You did that to me too once (probably more than once). I don't think it's appropriate. Does Herb let you make posts like this? I am offended to see VSL say anything inflammatory or offensive to it's customers. You are with VSL right? I am not sure about that, so I ask. If you are not, than please disregard.
