    Can't remember if you guys mentioned you are going to have or now have a SUPPORT TICKET system for resolving support issues.

    If not, I think that would be a great way to keep sensitive issues off the forum board and out fo the public eye, and simultaneously provide individual one-on-one support.

    evan, let me give you _one_ answer - there is no need to keep anything out for the public eye and there is nothing as sensitive to keep it off the board.

    [edit: no one ever mentioned a support ticket system - if i'm ever gonna loose a significant number of support requests i'll be happy to setup some, although my feeling is this would be a first sign and/or step to industrialization, which i can't stand (disclaimer: this expresses my personal view and not ... blablabla)]
    and remember: only a CRAY can run an endless loop in just three seconds.
