    Been checking out VSL on the site and it all looks most impressive, but can you tell me the difference between Orchestral Cube and Performance Tools? What do you NOT get with Performance Tools?

    Also I run Logic 6, shortly to be on a G5. When will it be available for that system?

    plutomusic, i don't think it's a question of G5 or not, it's more a question of osX and the respective logic-update. so far we didn't receive a beta to continue programming the performance tool for EXS on OSX.
    i'm sure emagic has to adapt some things for the upcoming OS-update first to avoid repeated changes in their software.
    so any timeframe would be pure speculation

    Thanks for the replies - its all becoming clearer! One more question. When working on my projects I work in two locations. One where I do most the composing, the other when I go into my studio to record. What's the system of authorization on VSL? Would I be able to load it on to my two systems?

    as I understand it, you can run VSL on 20 computers if you want! It's a license to use the samples that you pay for. How you use them (no. of machines etc.) is up to you. And the VIP upgrade system means you never pay for that license again for samples you already own.
