First off, let me state that I love VSL. You folks have truly advanced the art and science of sampling! Best money I've ever spent. Hands down.
Of course, it's not without some minor problems. One issue I have is regarding the Performance Tool: I'd love to see the port assignments saved with a preset.
If you run more than one performance tool on the same machine you have to load the first tool, load your saved preset, and set the desired in and out ports. Load your second tool, get a message that port is not avaliable, load your preset, and reset your in and out ports.
The reason I have to set the in and out ports on the first tool is that they default to the last set of ports chosen, which would be the ones for the second tool.
It just seems that saving the port assignments with the preset would be somewhat more elegant. The other solution is to have a multi-port tool.
