How to post mp3s to the forum

i have got some questions concerning the overall sound of some orchestral demos i produced. so i would like to post some of them in this forum. unfortunately i have no idear how to do that. if someone could help me out, please,

Usually, forum-members just put an mp3-version of their music on a web-site of their own and post the link to it in a forum message.

Perhaps you have got some web space with your e-mail account. Often the providers offer 10MB - 50MB for a small website. Load your mp3s on this Server-Place... dann geht's gemäss Dietz weiter.
