Hello,
I'm using VStack as the VI host on my slave computers, and I'm not able to get VStack to remember the patch names when I save and reload a project. In the image below, you can see (circled in red) that even after I've saved an .fxp file or one of Vstacks own .cpr files, and then load it back into Vstack, the patch below the VST instrument name always shows up as "default" rather than, say, Flutes or Bassoons, or whatever I had named it.
Does anyone using VStack know what I might be doing wrong. I'm simply loading up my required matrices in the different instances of the VIs (slots 1 through 16), change the default names to something more descriptive, then I save this whole setup as a .cpr (cubase project file). As I say, it will reload with all matrices just fine -- but the patch names always come back "default". This is also true when I save and reload .fxp or .fxb files.
Thanks if you can help!!
