    Dietz, I just listened to the solo violin demo:

    and it has a GREAT, real-sounding reverb on it. Can you share your secret of what reverb (settings, how much of what) you used on that piece?

    Sorry, I know that I said I would post technical details - I'm just too busy at the moment for a lenghty posting. - [8-)]

    The reverb you hear is just AltiVerb, but not using the "ordinary" impulses. During the whole mixing session of the new demos, I used (with just a few exceptions) [URL=http://www.numericalsound.com]Ernest Cholakis' [/URL] INCREDIBLE impulse-responses. They are cleaner and denser than anything else I ever heard in respect of reverb - in fact, better than many "real" recordings of good concert-halls or other actually acoustically great locations.
