    Ciao,
    as from your advice, I' ve made a ghost partition so to avoid asking again and again the VSL Performance Tool code.
    Well, after having used that, I now have a perfectly working Performance tool but I have lost my new VI Special Edition. In the Syncrosoft Licence Control center I can see my old solo strings level 1 and 2, but only Unknown intruments for bothh Special Edition level 1 and 2.

    simply update LCC and if needed Vienna Instruments software to the latest version - *unknown application* means the license database of the LCC is not up to date.

    dont forget: reboot before updating something ...
